We climb 500 metres over Kirkstone Pass (Lakeland's highest) down past Brothers Water, Patterdale and on to Ullswater and Gowborrow Park where William Wordsworth was inspired to write the poem 'Daffodils'. This full day tour has everything. You will see dramatic mountains, spectacular waterfalls and tranquil lakes. The excursion includes Helvellyn, Aira Force, Ullswater, Grasmere, Rydal Water, Thirlmere and even the historic Bronze Age Castlerigg Stone Circle. Additionally you can chose a lake cruise and a visit to Rheged (Lakelands latest visitor centre named after this ancient Kingdom).
